In 2018, the company introduced the MES management system to implement the whole process supervision, each section will be tested at the stage after completion, and the finished products will be tested before leaving the factory.

We provide the estimated service life of the mould so that customers can understand the return on investment. The life of the mould can be assessed by presenting the past usage of similar moulds, the wear resistance of the material, and the precision of the processing process.

Parts processing: 1-7 days, support rush processing; Mould development and manufacturing: 35-45 days.

Support, the shipment can be made by the customer's designated freight forwarder and we provide the necessary documentation and assistance for customs clearance.
